Foreign students residing in India are eligible to seek admission in IGNOU programmes who have valid student visa for the minimum duration of the programme. Such students are required to remit the fee at per with foreign students (fee structure of foreign students could be downloaded from the website www.ignou.ac.in). Admission of foreign students residing in India will be processed by the International Division of the University after ensuring their antecedents from the Ministry of External Affairs/Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India.

Programmes with limited number of seats like BED are not opened for foreign students.
