DUPLICATE IDENTITITY CARD (I-CARD)

 

 

In case of loss or damage of I-card, duplicate I-card is issued from the Regional Centre to the learners attached to the Regional Centre. A learner has to furnish the following documents :

I.                    In case of Loss of I-Card :

 

(i)                 A Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) made in  favour of IGNOU and payable at SILIGURI.

(ii)               A copy of FIR lodged with a Police Station.

(iii)             A passport-size photograph.

(iv)              An application mentioning name, Enrolment No., Programme  and address of the learner. The application should be addressed to the Regional Director, IGNOU Regional Centre, Siliguri.

 

   

II.                  In case of damage of I-Card :

 

(i)                 A Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) made in  favour of IGNOU and payable at SILIGURI.

(ii)               The damaged I-card.

(iii)             A passport-size photograph.

(iv)              An application mentioning name, Enrolment No., Programme  and address of the learner. The application should be addressed to the Regional Director, IGNOU Regional Centre, Siliguri.

FEE RECEIPT

 

“Fee Receipt” is issued from the Regional Centre to the learners attached to the Regional Centre. In case of requirement, the learner should write an application mentioning name, Enrolment No., Programme  and address. The application should be addressed to the Regional Director, IGNOU Regional Centre, Siliguri.
